If you are not sure how to properly measure the dose, talk to your physician or pharmacist. If you see air bubbles from the syringe, thrust and pull the plunger out and in until finally the air bubbles are typically gone. Faucet the barrel on the syringe to eliminate any remaining air bubbles.
